Bridget Renlund

Bridget's life with dogs began at age two, when her parents brought her home a springer puppy named Joe. They grew up together, and Joe convinced her that life without springers was simply not for her. For the last 35 years, she has bred, raised, and trained English springers, all from the same family of dogs.  Her husband says, "Other women go for lunch and shopping.  My wife does dogs". The dogs who have lived with her have earned titles in obedience, agility, working dog, and have certified as canine good citizens and therapy dogs.

She has raised and placed puppies with the goal of making the best possible combinations of puppies and families.  Among those puppies are a group winning bitch, an AKC ACE award winner in search and rescue, some fine hunting dogs, and others competitive in obedience, hunt tests, and agility.  All are primarily much-loved companions.  She has taught puppy and obedience classes, and thoroughly enjoys one-on-one training, where she can watch relationships between dogs and their families bloom.

Currently, Bridget, her husband and sons share their household with Margaret, Buckles, and Peg, whose photo you see with her here.
